We are currently seeking an Internal Communication & Events Lead, to join our communication team based in Nanterre-Paris, France.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an Internal communication & events lead to join our dynamic corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in the B2B sector, and will play a crucial role in organizing corporate events & leadership meetings, supporting the Head of Internal communications & publications and facilitate the function’s activities & governance.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Communications coordination: Assist the VP Corporate Communications and Head of Internal communications and publications in coordinating and planning global communications campaigns & events
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments (People and culture, digital, sustainability, QHSES, legal teams and others) to gather information and ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of events and internal communication initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Brand Compliance: Work closely with creative teams to appropriately brand the events and communications tools
  • Campaign Deployment: Support the deployment of internal corporate communication campaigns to engage and inform employees across the organization
  • Network animation: SupportHead of Internal communications and publications in coordination the communications network

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in internal communications and event management ideally for a B2B company in the energy industry, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones, and for a large organization
  • Education: Higher education in communications, public relations or marketing
  • Solid editorial skills, both in French and English  
  • Prior management of complex projects with excellent organizational and project management, problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and anticipation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible team-player who can establish positive relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at all levels.
  • Good sense of humor and positive mindset
