Missions offered:

In a multicultural and multilingual framework, within the Finance Department composed of a team of internal Business controllers, the intern will be responsible for assisting the Internal Control activities. This includes :

• Describe and update the narratives of the controls put in place,
• Analyze and control the compliance of the controls in force with the standard,
• Carry out and formalize the effectiveness tests of these controls,
• Determine any compliance gaps and the corrective action plans to be put in place,
• Monitor the progress of these action plans with the stakeholders concerned,
• Report the results of the evaluations in the internal control reporting tool (BWise),
• Update progress dashboards related to internal control activities.

Profile sought:

• You are currently a student in Bac +4/+5 with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• You have a good knowledge of accounting standards and principles. You are able to analyze processes and formalize summary reports in a timely manner.
• You are rigorous and have interpersonal skills in order to work in a team.
• You have a sense of organization, you are curious and know how to be an active listener.
• You speak French and English with an advanced level (oral and written).
• You are comfortable with the office pack.

Good to have :

• SOX knowledge.
• A first experience in the various processes considered important for financial reporting.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
