About the opportunity we offer:

 

You will work with the Product Owner People Development (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) on the development of HRIS products. This internship will allow you to discover how an HRIS system works and to participate in the improvement of our IT tools:

 

  • Participate in the collection of user needs from the People Development teams 
  • Contribute to the writing of user stories
  • Ensure product consistency delivered
  • Assist in the management of the product backlog (follow-up of change requests, prioritization, etc.)
  • Collaborate in the user testing phases (UAT)
  • Participate in the documentation of user guides and training materials
  • Work in collaboration with the business teams on the Human Resources side and the technical/IT teams (IT/Digiteam)

 

Duration of the internship:  6 months

Desired start: April to June 2025

 

About you:

 

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

 

  • In progress for Bac +5 in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management, or equivalent
  • You have an interest in HRIS and digital transformation
  • Knowledge of the Oracle HCM suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone's training module is a plus
  • Having knowledge of the agile Scrum method is a plus
  • Good analytical skills, rigor and team spirit
  • You have operational English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of the office pack.

 

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
