📌 Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for structuring, analyzing, and optimizing data to enhance the performance of fashion brands on marketplaces. You will support Business Account Managers (BAM), E-Merch teams and others by providing actionable insights, automating reporting, and improving forecasting models. Your role will involve deep data exploration, manipulation of data in the data warehouse, dashboard implementation, and process optimization to drive data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

1. Data Structuring & KPI Standardization

  • Review and consolidate existing data by defining and specifying all relevant KPIs and metrics.

  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across various tools and reports.

2. Dashboarding & Business Intelligence

  • Assist in the creation and enhancement of dashboards to track key marketplace and brand performance metrics.

  • Continuously improve dashboard efficiency and ensure automated monitoring of key insights.

  • Support people during critical analysis periods by providing timely and relevant data insights.

3. Business Insights & Process Optimization

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover business insights that support BAMs in improving brand performance.

  • Standardize reporting and analysis processes to optimize time spent on data interpretation.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for the E-Merch team, where data availability is limited.

  • Implement automated tracking systems to enhance performance monitoring.

4. Forecasting & Predictive Analytics

  • Develop data-driven projections to support future business decisions.

  • Improve forecasting models to better anticipate stock needs and sales trends.

  • Apply predictive analytics to identify trends and market opportunities.


Profil recherché

🔹 Key Skills

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Experience in forecasting models and predictive analytics.

  • Familiarity with no-code tools is a plus.

  • Experience with Looker Studio is a plus (or willingness to develop expertise in it).

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

  • Proactive and curious, eager to explore data for business growth.

  • Business-driven, with an understanding of marketplace performance dynamics.

  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.

🔹 Languages

  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication in English).

  • French is a plus, but not required.
