📌 Job Overview
As part of the Client Success team, you play a key role in monitoring and executing logistics operations, ensuring their smooth execution. You contribute to optimizing logistics processes and continuously improving tools, working closely with internal teams and logistics partners. This role requires a strong commitment to improving daily operations.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
1. Logistics Operations Monitoring
Ensure the smooth execution of stock and transportation flows in coordination with warehouses and carriers.
Monitor stock quality and key performance indicators such as sell-through rate and inventory turnover.
Identify and report discrepancies between theoretical and actual stock levels across marketplaces and warehouses.
Assist in handling stock-related disputes and defective returns.
2. Stock Management & Replenishment
Manage replenishments for different brands based on identified needs.
Monitor bestseller availability and issue alerts for low stock levels.
Identify slow-moving SKUs and suggest adjustments to optimize stock management.
Oversee the planning of incoming and outgoing stock flows, coordinating with warehouses and marketplaces.
3. Process & Tool Improvements
Contribute to optimizing logistics processes based on operational needs.
Support the development of our IMS (Inventory Management System) to enhance usability and efficiency.
Assist in the integration and adjustment of new marketplace flows.
Standardize and document best practices and operational procedures.
4. Team Support & Intern Training
Support logistics interns with their tasks and ensure proper follow-up.
Facilitate communication with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
Document and share logistics processes to ensure operational continuity and continuous improvement.
🔹 Key Skills
Degree in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
First experience in logistics operations, stock management, or transportation.
Strong proficiency in Excel
Ability to analyze data and suggest optimizations (continuous improvement mindset).
Comfortable managing tools and processes, with strong operational discipline.
🔹 Languages
Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication in English).
French is a plus, but not required.
