TheraPanacea is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Physicist to lead the development, validation, and implementation of our revolutionary AI-powered treatment planning solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Excellence:

    • Utilize your deep expertise in radiation therapy workflows and quality assurance to design and deliver cutting-edge treatment solutions towards standardization, automation, increased throughput and better outcomes .

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, clinical analysts, physicians, dosimetrists, and clinicians to create products that set new benchmarks in clinical excellence.

  • Strategic Contributions:

    • Champion TheraPanacea’s strategic vision by identifying emerging trends, clinical needs, and growth opportunities in radiation oncology.

    • Work closely with leadership to align product development priorities with both clinical and market demands.

  • Development & Validation:

    • Lead the validation of AI algorithms to meet the highest clinical and regulatory standards.

    • Design and curate robust benchmark datasets for the training, testing, and evaluation of AI models.

  • Collaboration:

    • Establish and nurture partnerships with leading oncology centers to drive adoption and ensure clinical relevance of our solutions.

    • Act as a bridge between clinical practice and technical development, translating real-world challenges into actionable insights for our development team.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and oversee rigorous QA protocols to ensure the safety, reliability, and precision of AI-powered treatment plans.

    • Ensure all outputs comply with clinical standards and prioritize patient safety.


Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Medical Physics, Radiation Oncology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Medical Physicist, with expertise in treatment planning.

  • Proficiency in leading treatment planning systems (e.g., Varian, Elekta, RaySearch) and quality assurance protocols.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in medical physics.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and renowned clinical institutions.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of DICOM RT standards and interoperability.
