The Support Operations Manager is a true operational support for the country operations as their unique interlocutor and trains our partners and customers.
They participate in the development of a network of rental agencies in an international environment and contribute to the exciting global expansion of Free2Move.
Your next missions
In close connection with our field-working partners, you will:
â Work towards the economic performance and the satisfaction of our partners.
â Support Partners to use our Mobility system.
â Support the team's success by transmitting all operational knowledge.
â Prepare partnerâs newsletter.
â Coach them in order to boost the deployment of their network and their Mobility activity
â Provide and analyze their KPIs and give recommendations for their action plans.
â Participate in the creation and update of our online and face-to-face training materials for our partners.
â Train our partners in using our tools and systems. He/She guarantees their perfect use by analyzing our automatic Field Check-Up Reports.
â Take part in the creation of the action plan and participate in their deployments as the main HQÂ interlocutor
â Be at the core of the implementation of our innovative rental solutions / Automatic Renting &Â Connected Cars, and will inform our partners about our new product / service developments.
