About the Role

The Rider Growth Associate will be an integral part of Uber's French Rider Team, focusing on increasing rider acquisition and rider maturation tactics. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate across teams to implement impactful growth initiatives that enhance the rider growth experience and support Uber's long-term business objectives in France.

What the Candidate Will Do: / Bonus Points

  • Support Rider Growth Initiatives: Assist in designing and executing targeted strategies to attract and retain riders, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics. Contribute to the planning and implementation of rider engagement campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze Rider Trends: Use data tools to analyze new rider behavior and market trends, identifying opportunities to enhance rider growth, retention, and likelihood of maturity. Create and share regular reports on rider growth metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Execute Campaigns and Projects: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Regional Operations teams to launch rider growth initiatives. Manage components of projects, including planning, tracking milestones, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between local and regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on rider growth goals. Work closely with stakeholders to address rider growth pain points and improve the overall new rider experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates on project progress and share actionable insights with internal and external stakeholders. Build strong working relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration.
What the Candidate Will Need / Basic Qualifications:
  • Passion for understanding rider behavior and improving user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Spreadsheets, and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in operations, marketing, analytics, or related fields.
