As a Data Analyst apprentice, you will be a key member of our Data Team, embedded within the Product department. You will report directly to our Head of Data (N+1) and indirectly to our Chief Product Officer (N+2).

Responsibilities:

• Product Performance Analysis:

  • Dive deep into the analysis of user engagement and product features to uncover insights.

  • Collaborate on crafting cutting-edge reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations that vividly depict product impacts, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.

    Analytics Engineering:

  • Play an active role in curating and refining data sources and models to uphold exceptional data quality.

  • Dive into unique data inquiries, delivering actionable insights that cater to a variety of business needs.

  • Contribute creatively to documenting data models, data flows, and innovative analytics solutions.

    Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:

  • Actively participate in driving initiatives that champion a data-centric culture within United Heroes, inspiring colleagues to harness the power of data in their roles.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Analyst, Data Engineering or a related field.

• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.

• High proficiency with SQL and some knowledge about data visualization tools is preferred.

• Curious & Eagerness to learn about data modeling, data structure & data management.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
