Social Media Management:
Own the social media content calendar, planning and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Create visually compelling and on-brand posts.
Develop content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and attracts new followers.
Stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
Monitor and engage with the community, responding to comments and messages to build a loyal audience.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize growth.
CRM and Email Marketing:
Create compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and boost customer loyalty.
Develop visually appealing templates and layouts with an eye for design that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze email performance, applying insights to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
SEO Optimization:
Edit and optimize website content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility.
Create engaging blog articles designed to drive organic traffic and support keyword strategies.
Develop optimized descriptions for new product collections and categories to enhance discoverability.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement targeted keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
Monitor the performance of SEO-driven content and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Campaign & Website Activation
Implement and bring to life marketing campaigns, including sales promotions and calendar-based initiatives, ensuring all content is engaging, creative, and on-brand.
Collaborate on the development and integration of website animations to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
1–2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
A love for storytelling with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in French.
Creativity and passion for crafting engaging, visually appealing content with tools such as Figma or Canva (basic video editing skills is a plus).
Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
A love for bikes and/or e-bikes is a plus.
