Context of the job and missions
As our activity keeps growing, with 8 residences under management in Spain, Urban Campus is looking for a new Senior Sales Manager to support the Asset Management team in its growth in the Spanish resident market. This is a position that implies managing a part-time sales development representative (SDR) and a Sales Manager.
As our Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with your manager Lorena, Head of Asset Management at Urban Campus. On top of your operational day-to-day role, you will support her in enhancing our asset’s performance and defining the most relevant sales strategy.
To sum it up, you will be responsible for both sales execution and strategy to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
SALES EXECUTION
B2C
Guide new leads through the sales process—from initial video calls to finalizing bookings.
Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and video calls.
Assist clients with booking requirements and inquiries.
Keep our acquisition funnel updated in HubSpot.
B2B
Identify, attract, and close new partnerships (rental platforms, relocation agents, etc.).
Develop long-term accommodation partnerships with companies and business schools.
STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
Track and report key sales KPIs.
Manage and coordinate a Sales Manager and a junior part-time SDR.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Control and continuously optimize sales processes and tools.
Set up the sales processes and tools for the opening of new buildings.
Monitor the quality of our commercial processes.

Background, competencies and soft skills
4+ years experience in a sales relevant role, ideally with experience both in B2C and B2B. Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is a nice-to-have.
Full fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish languages is a must
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills : given our high volume of prospects, effective qualification and prioritization are key to success. your challenge will be handling a very high volume of prospects rather than acquiring them
Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach and reporting abilities are key to this position
Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to adapt to constant change and implement new processes if need be
Great presentation and communication skills both in English and Spanish, as you will be dealing with people all the time
