As our RevOps Specialist focused on AI Performance Enhancement, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and integrating AI solutions to optimize the performance of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will play a crucial role in transforming our revenue operations through AI technologies, creating systems that increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and generate measurable growth. This role requires someone who can autonomously implement and integrate existing AI solutions rather than developing models from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Identify performance improvement opportunities within sales, marketing, and customer success teams that can benefit from AI solutions
Research, evaluate, and select appropriate AI tools and platforms to address specific business challenges
Autonomously implement and integrate AI solutions with our existing technology stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase)
Configure and deploy AI-powered tools for lead scoring, sales forecasting, and churn prediction
Implement intelligent automation systems for repetitive, low-value tasks
Set up conversational analysis tools to improve customer interactions
Design intelligent dashboards that provide real-time actionable insights
Train teams on using AI tools and promote a data-driven culture
Measure the impact of AI initiatives on company KPIs and iterate to improve results
Stay current on AI technology advancements applicable to RevOps
Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations
Demonstrated experience in autonomously implementing and integrating AI solutions in a business context
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) and ability to enhance them with AI capabilities
Experience integrating AI APIs and services into existing workflows
Knowledge of data analysis tools (BigQuery, Metabase) and ability to leverage them with AI solutions
Experience with automation platforms (n8n) and ability to incorporate AI components
Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Self-starter with ability to manage projects from conception to completion
Fluent in English
Experience implementing and configuring LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Google AI, etc.)
Knowledge of AI API integration (OpenAI, Google AI, etc.) into existing workflows
Experience implementing chatbots or virtual assistants for sales teams
Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and business intelligence tools
Experience in a SaaS or technology startup environment
Certifications in relevant platforms (Salesforce Einstein, Hubspot, etc.)
Understanding of GDPR and ethical considerations related to AI use
