The job:

Veesion is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our exceptional sales team!

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating business opportunities for the company. Reporting to the Sales Manager and collaborating closely with your team, you will manage a portfolio of leads, taking ownership of the initial stages of the sales cycle while working towards ambitious objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Qualify Leads: Establish initial contact with potential prospects and secure qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

  • CRM Management: Accurately qualify prospects and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM system.

  • Database Optimization: Regularly update and improve our client and prospect database.

  • Team Collaboration: Contribute ideas and solutions during team meetings to enhance outreach efforts and boost meeting bookings.

  • Coordination: Organize and coordinate video meetings between the sales team and prospective clients.

  • Market Insights: Participate in market research and studies to identify opportunities.


Profil recherché

We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in prospecting and has:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills to establish meaningful connections with potential clients.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to clearly articulate the advantages of Veesion’s innovative product.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, paired with resilience and a pragmatic approach to challenges.

  • The ability to adapt quickly, handle objections with positivity, and adjust communication styles to suit different situations.

  • Fluency in English.

  • European citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

  • A warm, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
