Join our dynamic team as a Graduate Digital Project Engineer and learn how to lead the implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance the efficiency of our water treatment service contracts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and operational excellence, working with cutting-edge digital platforms while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple sites.

As part of the Europe Centre of Excellence for Services, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, helping to shape the future of water treatment operations while developing expertise in project management and digital solutions implementation.

Day-to-Day Duties:
• Learn to coordinate digital solution deployment across multiple sites
• Develop and manage project execution specifications
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and deliverable quality
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Contribute to user training and digital tool adoption
• Support sales opportunities by presenting digital solution benefits
• Analyse complex situations and propose effective solutions
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organisation

Profil recherché

Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Masters or Engineering degree
• Fluent in English and French - other European languages are useful
• Understanding of digital technologies and platforms
• Project management methodology knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Automation and communications knowledge (advantageous)
• Production process understanding (advantageous)
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
