About the role 🖥️

You will report to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to support the management of our global partner programme. You will monitor and report performance to call out any key changes and identify growth opportunities with new partnerships.

What you’ll be doing 👜

  • Support the planning and execution of global partnership campaigns.
  • Share daily reports to track and optimize partnership performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for global tier 1 partners during campaign setup.
  • Conduct market research globally  to identify potential new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal brand marketing, commercial, creative, PR, and influencer teams to identify opportunities and align on key initiatives
  • Help plan and execute influencer performance campaigns, tracking key metrics such as traffic and conversions.
  • Support the management of the nano influencer programme, creating engaging content to share monthly.
  • Who you are ⭐

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in partner marketing is a plus.
  • Highly organized and structured, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as a team player and learning from others.
  • Proficient in Excel and Tableau for data analysis.
