About the role 🖥️

  • Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Procurement Intern to join the Procurement Team in Paris
  • Procurement Intern (F/M/D)  6 months internship starting in February 2025, based in Paris   
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement  in the Finance Team, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes and supplier management within a collaborative and innovative environment.

    • What you will do 👜

  • Create and manage supplier accounts
  • Organize and maintain dashboards
  • Utilize procurement tools and systems to ensure efficient management of the procure-to-pay cycle
  • Assist in supplier negotiations to develop negotiation skills
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Adapt to various tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

    • Who you are ⭐

  • Master degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest supply chain management  or procurement 
  • This internship requires a valid internship agreement (convention de stage) with your current school. 
  • French & English are mandatory for the roleStrong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
