As an Office Coordinator, you will manage the in-person setup and logistics for about 100 employees in our Berlin Mitte office. Working closely with the People Operations and IT teams, you will ensure a seamless experience for new employees and efficient daily office operations for all staff.
This is a part-time role (25 to 30 hours per week) with schedule flexibility within a standard 9-5 working week. The role is based on-site in our Berlin office in Mitte.
