As the Head of Social Media at VivaTech, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall social media content strategy. Your key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that captures and engages a targeted community year-round, organically and through paid ads.
Proactivity: Create and experiment with new content formats to enhance engagement.
Team Management: Lead, support, and train a core team of 2-3 people daily, expanding to 5-6 people during the event, while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Event Preparation: Devise and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for VivaTech that covers the periods before, during, and after the event. Ensure timely content delivery and successful execution of all social media projects through effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B, startups, tech, or innovative environments.
Expertise: Social Media is second nature to you. You have demonstrated and proven ability to implement a successful social media strategy, including growing and engaging online communities across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, organically and through paid ads.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills as all content must be written in English. Fluent in French for internal communications.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams to success.
