InsideBoard AI is the first change management platform driven by artificial intelligence. Our

mission is to help businesses achieve successful transformations by sustainably engaging

The Delivery team within our Professional Services department is tasked with defining,

implementing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing client projects on the InsideBoard AI

platform. This is done in alignment with client needs and by leveraging the platforms full range of features. The Delivery team is a vital component of InsideBoard AI, collaborating closely with multiple departments (Product, Customer Success Management, Sales,

Marketing, and more).

Your Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee all delivery stages, from design workshops with clients to production launch

and set-up phase, acting as the primary point of contact.

Requirements Analysis:

- Facilitate workshops to understand client challenges and stakes, offer expert

insights, and translate their needs into detailed functional specifications.

- Develop the “big vision” with the client

Configuration and Integration:

- Configure the InsideBoard AI solution and collaborate with the data integration team

to meet client requirements.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct testing phases to validate data flow and configuration compliance before

production.

Governance:

- Lead client governance meetings and internal project follow-ups with the teams.

Internal Projects:

- Drive continuous improvement by sharing client feedback with the Product team and

supporting Sales during pre-sales phases.

Advisory and Communication:

- Guide clients in their communication strategies, manage their communities through

content created on InsideBoard AI, and collaborate with partners (consulting firms) on delivery.

Required Skills:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years as a Delivery Manager or a similar role, ideally in SaaS,

Consulting, or a Digital Marketing Agency.

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong grasp of new

technologies. 💻

- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
