JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Based in Zurich, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the Swiss-German market, working closely with talented teams to deliver innovative solutions.




Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication.


  • Project Management:
  • Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning and execution to closure. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while facilitating communication between teams and clients.


  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas. Participate in presentations and commercial negotiations, and collaborate to develop new service offerings and value propositions.


  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, and lead project follow-up and review meetings.

    In this role, 70% of your time will be focused on client engagement, involving proactive relationship management and a deep understanding of their needs. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to project management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring optimal client satisfaction throughout the project.



    REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to handle conflict and negotiate solutions effectively.


  • Project Management:
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in an international context. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and proficiency with tools like MS Project and Trello.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams.


  • Personal Qualities:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, German and French.
