Volta Medical is an innovative, data-inspired US and European-based startup aimed at creating and bringing to the market cutting-edge AI software products to revolutionize interventional cardiac electrophysiology.
Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.
Our dynamic, innovative team is made up of 100+ collaborators in the EU and USA from a wide variety of backgrounds including engineers, business professionals and physicians, working together to develop AI solutions that help electrophysiologists help patients.

As part of our Finance team, which includes our Global Finance Director and a Junior Accountant, you will be reporting to our Global Finance Director. You will take ownership of the monthly and annual closings while managing our relationship with external auditors and banks. A such, you will be responsible for : Ensuring compliance with Volta's internal control processes. Supervising the entire purchase chain, from order to payment. Issuing sales invoices. Establishing monthly closings for the France and US entities. Processing regular monthly entries (inventory, accruals, amortization, etc.). Managingcapitalizedexpenses. Overseeing the R&D tax credit process. Monitoring and control management fees. Preparing cash transferorders. Managing fixed assets and inventory. Providing quarterly and monthly VAT returns. Ensuring the smooth execution of the annual audit. Participating in the ERP implementation Profile
You have a background in accounting education with a DCG or DSCG qualification You have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including substantial experience within a CPA firm You are highly organized, autonomous, and hardworking You have excellent communication skills You demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality You have a collaborative team player attitude Technical skills
You have in-depth knowledge of French accounting standards (US GAAP experience is a plus) You are an expert in tax regulations You are proficient with Excel You are familiar with digitalization software (Yooz, Lucca) Experience with Quadra is a plus Proficiency in English is an advantage, as we work in an international environment What we can offer you at Volta Medical
