Volta Medical is an innovative, data-inspired US and European-based startup aimed at creating and bringing to the market cutting-edge AI software products to revolutionize interventional cardiac electrophysiology.

Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.

Our dynamic, innovative team is made up of 100+ collaborators in the EU and USA from a wide variety of backgrounds including engineers, business professionals and physicians, working together to develop AI solutions that help electrophysiologists help patients.

  • Ensure the compliance with Volta’s internal control processes
  • Control expenses report according to our travel policy
  • Purchases chain management (from the purchase order to the payment)
  • Assist the finance department in daily tasks for France and US entities
  • Create new vendors
  • Book keeping
  • Banks

  • Collect manager’s approvals before payment
  • Prepare the cash transfer orders
  • Assist the monthly closing for France and US entities
  • Manage the fixed assets and inventory
  • Assist with the VAT calculation

  • Profile

  • Graduate from a DCG / At least a Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3)
  • At least 1 year of experience within a CPA Office
  • Organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Important sense of confidentiality
  • Team player attitude
  • Technical experience
  • Knowledge of French accounting standards (USGAAP would be a plus)
  • Master of tax rules
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Comfortable with dematerialization softwares (Yooz, Lucca)
  • Quadra user
  • English speaker
