As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on digital roles, you’ll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé’s tech, data, and product teams. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, directly impacting our ability to attract and retain "A players."

• Building strong pipelines for digital talent across engineering, product, and data domains. 

• Crafting a seamless and engaging candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals. 

• Constantly improving our hiring process using data-driven insights and market trends.

Your Missions 

• Define Objectives & Drive Results: Partner with business leads to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and create sourcing strategies for digital roles. 

• Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and advocate for candidates throughout their journey with us. Collaborate with HR to refine and optimize onboarding processes. 

• Build & Manage Talent Pipelines: Leverage sourcing tools and innovative techniques to proactively engage top talent. Maintain relationships with candidates for current and future needs. 

• Leverage Data to Optimize Recruitment: Use KPIs to evaluate sourcing success and hiring processes. Continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact.

• You’re fluent in French and English and thrive in fast-paced environments.
