Your Missions
Define Objectives & Drive Results: Partner with business leads to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and create sourcing strategies for digital roles.
Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and advocate for candidates throughout their journey with us. Collaborate with HR to refine and optimize onboarding processes.
Build & Manage Talent Pipelines: Leverage sourcing tools and innovative techniques to proactively engage top talent. Maintain relationships with candidates for current and future needs.
Leverage Data to Optimize Recruitment: Use KPIs to evaluate sourcing success and hiring processes. Continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact.
