As a Team Lead SDR, your primary focus is on ensuring the day-to-day success of your team. You’re responsible for overseeing a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding them to achieve their goals, and providing real-time coaching and feedback. Your role is critical in determining the team’s overall performance and meeting the organization’s sales development objectives.

MISSIONS 💪

  • Lead by example: At Wakeo, we take a “team captain” approach to leadership—leading from the front, not as a coach or president sitting on the sidelines. You’ll spend 25% of your time contributing directly, engaging with prospects, and fighting alongside your team.

  • Performance Management & Cross-Team Collaboration: You’ll set clear goals for each SDR, track progress, and provide feedback for improvement while fostering collaboration between SDRs, Account Executives, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless and consistent messaging.

  • Providing real-time coaching and feedback: You’ll offer guidance and support to your SDRs, helping them refine their sales skills, overcome obstacles, and develop their strengths.

  • Ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices: You’ll ensure that your team is following established sales processes, leveraging best practices, and utilizing available tools and resources to maximize their efficiency.

  • Balancing individual contributor work with leadership responsibilities: You’ll need to navigate the transition from being an individual contributor to a leadership role, delegating tasks, and trusting your team to handle responsibilities.

  • Adapting to changing sales strategies and technologies: You’ll need to stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, tools, and technologies, and adapt your team’s approach to ensure they remain effective and efficient.


Profil recherché

  • Language: You speak fluent English. Any other European language is an asset.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills: You’ll need to be able to effectively communicate with your team, provide constructive feedback, solve problems and build strong relationships with your team, other members of the Sales team, and other departments on a regular basis.

  • Experience: Complex B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, with a successful background as an SDR to better support your team.

  • Good understanding of sales metrics and KPIs: You’ll need to be good with common sales metrics, such as conversion rates, response rates, and sales-qualified leads, to track your team’s performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members: You’ll need to be able to inspire and motivate your team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

  • Organization: Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline

  • Ambition: You are highly motivated, eager to push boundaries, and driven by the challenge of conquering large accounts in an entrepreneurial environment.
