Sales Missions
Accompanying SME customers (firm requests that have been recovered via marketing or via repeat business) to find solutions to their seminar/team-building requirements, via the Naboo product and collection.
Your role begins with the validation and qualification of the lead provided by marketing or the SDR, through to proposing solutions, closing, and finding repeat business opportunities within the customer account.
Sales Assistant Missions
Helping to Improve Internal Processes:
Participate in the training of new arrivals
Participate in product development
Participate in discussions on Naboo’s sales and overall strategy
Determination, ability to listen and the desire to excel and take part in an adventure and make a contribution to the commercial side of the company.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must), and while French isn’t required, it’s definitely a nice bonus.
You are rigorous and enjoy working as part of a team
You like practical things and you’re keen to get involved in an ambitious project
You’re capable of changing your working methods from one day to the next if necessary
Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc are a plus
1st interview: qualification with the dedicated country manager, 15-30 min
2nd interview: with a UK sales team member, 30 min
3rd interview: speed dating with 4-5 Naboo team members from different departments, 15 minutes each, for an informal discussion and insights into the company’s culture.
