Be at the heart of our international marketing operations, driving customer relationship management strategies across borders to create impactful content for worldwide campaigns. The mission of the International Content Engagement Intern is to drive customer relationship management strategies on a global scale by collaborating with international teams, analysing customer data, and supporting the creation of impactful content and personalised marketing campaigns. This role aims to enhance customer engagement and optimise CRM processes to contribute to the overall success of the company’s worldwide marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international teams to execute and optimise CRM campaigns.

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.

  • Support the development and implementation of CRM tools and processes.

  • Assist in creating customer journey maps and personalised communication strategies.

  • Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, focusing on content that resonates with the training / educational sector.

  • Contribute to creating email campaigns, workflows, landing pages and other creative or content materials.

  • Monitor and report on lead conversion rates and the effectiveness of content campaigns.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Interest in learning new tools and mastering the digital landscape.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Passion for creative marketing strategies and international business.

  • Fluent in English and French, proficiency in another language is a plus.

  • Creative and Innovative Thinker - You bring fresh ideas to enhance customer relationships and CRM practices.

  • Tech-Savvy - You are comfortable using technology and eager to learn new tools.

📦 Package

  • 4-6 months full time contract

  • Paid internship (1200 euros gross monthly)
