Lead cross-functional initiatives to create and enhance upsell opportunities within existing accounts, driving expansion through self-serve and B2B channels.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support revenue growth within existing accounts, ensuring the product drives scalable revenue growth on the BtB channel, with minimum support from Sales and CSM.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine Wooclap’s monetisation approach, ensuring it remains competitive and innovative.
Contribute to the overall product roadmap, ensuring that monetisation initiatives are well-integrated into Wooclap’s long-term product strategy.
