As part of our rapid growth, Work With Island is looking for a Operations manager to play a key role in our Operations team.

Reporting to Alexandre, our Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing our logistical activities, and enhancing the customer experience.

This critical position involves managing a team, developing strong partnerships, supporting international expansion, and implementing innovative, automated processes to ensure seamless, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

🎯 Main responsabilities

  • Structure and develop a team of 3 collaborators to achieve the company’s objectives.

  • Coordinate physical and informational flows by supervising inventory management, optimizing transport operations, and ensuring the quality of deliveries.

  • Manage and train our logistics network in France and internationally, ensuring performance monitoring.

  • Lead the opening of new markets to support the company’s international expansion.

  • Provide regular activity reporting, oversee bad debts management, and enhance overall operational performance.

  • Redefine the customer experience as a strategic pillar of the company by managing after-sales services (SAV) and collaborating with the Quality and R&D teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and implement automation initiatives to simplify and improve the efficiency of our operational processes.

  • Challenge and reduce logistics costs while maintaining the balance between cost, quality, and delivery leadtime.


Profil recherché

  • Experience: 5-8 years in the logistics/consulting field

  • You are passionate about operational challenges and take a customer oriented approach

  • You have a leadership personality, capable of building trust-based relationships with all our partners

  • You excel at problem-solving and demonstrate a pragmatic approach

  • You have strong skills in analyzing, optimizing, and automating processes

  • You enjoy managing and helping your team members grow


Déroulement des entretiens

  • A 40’ call with Head of Operations

  • A 1h30 interview (1h business case, 30min interview)

  • A 30’ coffee chat with 2 people in the Ops team
