Work With Island designs and manufactures soundproof cabins for new workspaces. Having worked in shared spaces, we understand their limitations: few places to isolate oneself and meeting rooms often monopolized. It is to provide this moment of serenity and productivity that Work With Island was born. We produce in France using recycled and recyclable materials, cabins for 1 to 4 people that can be set up in less than 30 minutes.

Your mission will be to ensure that all our current and future solutions consistently meet the highest standards, thoroughly fulfilling user needs and market expectations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all aspects of our product offerings.

🎯 Main responsabilities: 

- Develop new and innovative solutions, including benchmarks, design, and new materials:

• Design with cost efficiency in mind.
• Seek out new potential materials and partners.
• Ensure our solutions comply with the regulations of all target markets.

- Enhance existing solutions to meet customer expectations:

• Validate components.
• Improve product quality by making it robust, easy to produce, and easy to install.
• Implement a sustainable approach, including eco-design, end-of-life considerations, and life cycle assessment.

- Serve as the technical reference for other teams.

Tatiana joined WWI in January 2023 as Product & Supply-chain Manager.
