You’re a Support champion: you’ve been providing state-of-the-art customer support for at least 2 years, preferably in the mobile, gaming or social media industry.
You’re an extremely empathetic person: you know how to recognize feelings when reading an email, and you’re extremely skilled at making people feel good for having contacted you. Even when you explain truly basic processes, people never feel stupid talking to you.
You’re a thorough person giving extreme attention to details: you’re always making sure that you’re using the right punctuation, the right emoji and the right tone. You’re re-reading your messages because you want to make sure that you’re communicating the right emotion at the right time. You understand that Support is about writing, and you’re confident about your writing skills.
You’re a problem solver: You love to test things to find out what’s broken. You know how to connect the dots and you know when to ask more questions because deep within you, you know something bigger is hidden underneath the reported issue.
You strive for perfection: Yubo is welcoming every day hundreds of thousands of teenagers. You understand that Safety and Security are at the core of Yubo, and that Support and Safety are intertwined. As a Support Team member, you’ve got a responsibility to our community.

You speak perfect English & French. Any other language would be an asset, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
