Your purpose:

You lead and optimize our Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring revenue growth, strong customer relationships, and low churn. You develop strategies, coach your team, and collaborate across departments to drive success.

Your team:

You will be part of our Sales and Customer Success team, which plays a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring restaurants thrive with Zenchef. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you refine our sales approach and enhance the customer journey. You report to the Regional General Manager for Northern Europe, based in Brussels.

What you will do:

  • Lead, train, and support inbound and outbound sales teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, scripts, and best practices to improve conversion rates.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing coaching and actionable feedback to maximize success.

  • Manage the Customer Success team, ensuring strong client relationships and a focus on retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Develop and refine customer success strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn.

  • Align with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve the customer journey and sales processes.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

What you will bring to the table:

  • You speak Dutch fluently and have at least a B2 level of English.

  • A proven track record of successfully executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong ability to analyze KPIs, revenue dashboards, churn data, and revenue metrics to optimize team performance.

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • A leadership mindset, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team to meet and exceed goals.

  • Problem-solving skills to quickly identify challenges, develop solutions, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align sales and retention strategies.

  • A results-driven approach, balancing hands-on coaching with strategic oversight.

  • At least five years of experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
