You join the Customer Care team, the heartbeat of Zenchef’s customer satisfaction. This team works tirelessly to ensure our restaurant partners feel supported and empowered to succeed. As Team Lead, you manage and grow a multilingual team of professionals, helping them thrive and exceed expectations.
Lead and support a multicultural, multilingual Customer Care team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Monitor and analyze team KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-contact resolution to achieve outstanding performance.
Ensure top-notch customer support by optimizing response quality and improving request-handling processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows, tools, and resources, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Sales teams to align Customer Care efforts with customer needs and product developments.
Oversee team training and development to support professional growth and maintain high service standards.
Manage customer escalations when necessary, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
10+ years of experience in Customer Care, with at least 5 years in customer service roles and prior team management experience.
Proven ability to lead multicultural and multilingual teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and customer service platforms.
Fluency in English and Dutch (additional proficiency in German is a plus).
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
(Bonus) Experience in SaaS environments or the restaurant industry.
(Bonus) Expertise in project management, particularly in platform migration contexts or automated workflows.
