We’re looking for a Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Flanders. You’ll play a key role in helping restaurant owners optimize their businesses with our market-leading online reservation solutions.

Your Purpose

As a Field Sales Representative, you drive growth by building strong partnerships with restaurant owners. You show them how Zenchef’s tools simplify table reservations, enhance efficiency, and create unforgettable dining experiences.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a close-knit sales team led by Wim, our experienced Sales Manager. Wim’s approachable and hands-on leadership ensures you always have guidance and support in the field. Together with your teammates, you’ll collaborate on strategy and celebrate wins—whether over coffee, shared meals, or post-work drinks.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and win new clients: Use your selling mindset to engage restaurant owners in your region, explain our solutions, and onboard them as happy customers.
  • Connect authentically: Meet clients where they are—whether in their kitchens or at the front of their restaurants—to understand their challenges and show how Zenchef can help.
  • Handle objections confidently: Use your energy and persuasion skills to turn doubts into deals while maintaining a positive, ethical approach.
  • Achieve clear, realistic targets: Stay focused on your sales goals and use your motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Spend four days in the field: Immerse yourself in the restaurant scene, building relationships and showcasing our product face-to-face.
  • Collaborate on Tuesdays: Join your team at the Zaventem office weekly to plan, share insights, and sharpen your skills.
  • Stay organized with Salesforce: Log activities and insights into our CRM to ensure smooth teamwork and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience: You’ve worked with SMBs, ideally in short sales cycles, and know how to close deals. (1-3 years of experience is ideal.)
  • A love for the restaurant world: You get the hospitality industry, whether from personal connections, work experience, or pure passion.
  • Field-ready mindset: You’re motivated to spend most of your time on the ground meeting clients, not sitting behind a desk.
  • Energetic and persuasive personality: You thrive in sales, handle objections with confidence, and keep a positive attitude.
  • Ethical drive: You’re ambitious and money-motivated but never at the cost of integrity.
  • Fluency in Dutch (NL): You easily connect with clients in their language.
  • English proficiency (B2): You collaborate effectively with colleagues across culture
