As a Field Sales Representative in Switzerland, your mission is to visit restaurant owners weekly. Your essential role involves prospecting, securing appointments, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

Day-to-day

Champion of Field Prospecting:

  • You enjoy the thrill of the hunt: picking up the phone and knocking on doors are playgrounds you approach with energy.
  • You are the ambassador of the Zenchef brand in your region.
  • You drive Zenchef's growth through your expertise in the territory.

Persuasive Demonstrations:

  • You showcase our product through compelling demonstrations.
  • Your perfect mastery of the product and professional integrity ensure a value-added sales experience.

Sales Proposals:

  • You create attractive and appropriate sales proposals, key to the success of your deals.

Diligent Follow-Up:

  • You maintain regular relationships with your clients and prospects.
  • You convert leads into clients through your perseverance.

On-Field Deal Closures:

  • Thanks to your undeniable negotiation skills, you know how to defend the value of the Zenchef product to successfully close your deals.

Advisor Strength for Restaurateurs:

  • You support restaurateurs in their growth through your knowledge of food tech and the restaurant industry.
  • You have a strong work ethic, and your primary goal is to bring value to the restaurateurs in your region.

Requirements:

  • Based in the Swiss border (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes région), you possess an excellent understanding of the local landscape.
  • You are fluent in French for client interactions on the field and can converse in English with your international colleagues.
  • You have a successful sales track record. With excellent interpersonal skills, you confidently manage calls, conduct demonstrations, and contribute to teamwork.
  • Results-oriented, you thrive in collective success, celebrate achievements, and support your team.
  • You are methodical and meticulous in closely tracking prospects.
  • Flexible and responsible, you can adapt to a dynamic environment, comfortable both in the office and remote settings.
  • A food enthusiast, you have a passion for the restaurant sector.

You are our ideal candidate if:

  • You have prior experience in the hospitality/restaurant sector, with suppliers, in the agri-food industry, or in food tech.
