We are looking for a talented, creative, and data-driven Product Marketer with a passion for positioning B2B SaaS products and features as industry-leading solutions, driving adoption, and maximizing revenue growth.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Zenchef you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to build and implement compelling marketing strategies that highlight the value of our solutions for restaurants across Europe.
This is a strategic and high-impact role where you'll tap into your unique understanding of B2B SaaS and expertise in customer-oriented communication to articulate our product’s value proposition, making it more relatable and appealing to our clientele.
Understand and articulate customer needs, translate complex product features into simple, compelling narratives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are prepared to effectively sell and support them.
Leverage data and customer insights to craft persuasive product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the marketplace.
Work cross-functionally with and within product teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Designers) to implement the product marketing strategies.
Create compelling sales and marketing collateral and tools that effectively communicate the unique benefits of our products, including case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and campaigns, iterating, and improving upon them over time.
Market Insights: Uncover trends, customer needs, and competition in the restaurant technology landscape.
Stay Ahead: Benchmark and analyze competitors' offerings, positioning, and marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the B2B buyer persona.
Compelling Messaging: Craft clear value propositions and messaging for our B2B products.
Collaborate: Work with Product Management to shape the product roadmap.
Internal Teams Empowerment: Create sales and customer support enablement materials (presentation, training, …) that equip our teams.
Winning Strategies: Drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Stand Out: Position our products effectively through pricing, packaging, and promotion.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to launch and generate awareness and demand.
Targeted Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns to engage and nurture prospects and customers.
Captivating Content: Co-create compelling content with our content managers that educates and engages our B2B audience.
Optimize Performance: Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, gather feedback, and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on the B2B SaaS industry.
You have worked in a digital product organization and you understand its stakes.
You have a deep understanding of product marketing strategies and methodologies.
You possess strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of making complex concepts easy to understand, capable of talking to Sales, Product, Marketing and of course our main audience: restaurants.
You have a data-driven approach to decision-making with a track record of driving growth and user adoption through actionable insights.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in product, B2B software, product marketing, and restaurant tech.
You are fluent in English.
