As the first-ever Enterprise Account Executive based outside of France, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our success story across EMEA. Joining our Enterprise Sales Team (currently 7 AEs in France), you’ll lead the charge in rolling out our proven enterprise sales methodology throughout Europe. With a vast territory, including the Nordics, Netherlands, and the UK—where we’ve already achieved strong product-market fit—you’ll have the opportunity to drive business across multiple verticals.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of building and managing a robust pipeline, focusing on large enterprise clients (10,000+ employees). Your mission? To bring new logos to 360Learning by closing high-impact deals.

This is a 100% sales-focused role, but you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of BDRs, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and other internal experts. Their support will be key to navigating the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales EMEA, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK while driving significant growth for our business in the region.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment 
  • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hour
  • Understand our product offering through training and the onboarding process
  • Learn our sales processes, tools and frameworks
  • Discover your territory
  • Within 3 months, you will:

  • Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts 
  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagement
  • Start creating a pipeline to ensure success
  • Within 6 months, you will:

  • Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regard to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and BDR teams to accelerate sales opportunities
  • Within 12 months, you will:

  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed set quotas
  • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
  • The Skills Set:

  • 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
  • Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
  • Successful track record to achieve 500k + euros quotas
  • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies 
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude 
  • Fluent English (US/UK), German skills are a plus
