We are looking for our Head of Account Management to join Greenscope, a leading greentech company in sustainable metrics and ESG reporting.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced manager to lead our team and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will join a dedicated team committed to excellence within a dynamic and stimulating environment.


Profil recherché

  • Develop and implement Account Management / Customer Success strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Customer Success team to maximize customer satisfaction, ensuring support and follow-up for each client.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate client satisfaction, retention, and success, driving action plans to optimize these metrics.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a consistent and seamless client experience.

  • Oversee and improve customer management processes, from onboarding to long-term engagement, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Represent the client’s perspective within the company and actively participate in strategic discussions to anticipate future needs.

  • Manage strategic accounts, supervise renewals, and contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Desired Profile:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, along with a deep understanding of the norms in demanding environments (Our contacts are CEOs, CFOs, and ESG directors from financial institutions and large French and international corporations.).

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills: you can inspire, coach, and develop your team members.

  • Previous significant experience in Account Management

  • Strong client orientation with proven ability to turn customer satisfaction into a growth driver.

  • Strong data analysis skills and KPI management abilities to drive performance and make informed decisions.

  • Preferably, you have experience in selling technological or consulting solutions, and in ESG.

  • Adaptability and strategic thinking to thrive in a dynamic environment and support the company’s growth.

🎖️ Academic & Foreign Languages:

  • Master degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent university degree).

  • C2 levels in English + Fench is required. (Bilingual proficiency in both languages).
