To achieve our ambitious 2025 objectives, we are seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This new role is pivotal in increasing 365Talents’ visibility and expanding our reach by leading Customer Marketing (in partnership with our Customer Success Team) and Partner Marketing (in close collaboration with our Alliances Manager). You will report directly to Julie, our VP Marketing, and be part of a team of six marketers.
As an Ecosystem Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that strengthen 365Talents’ relationships with partners, customers, and broader industry stakeholders. Your focus will be on Customer Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to drive brand awareness and generate business growth.
Customer Community & Advocacy
Establish and nurture a network of Customers ambassadors who advocate for 365Talents within their professional communities.
Develop an ambassador roadmap, ensuring advocates have the resources and support needed to promote 365Talents effectively.
Build customer stories and help them advocate for us (coordinate speaking slots on events, media and other opportunities)
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to equip ambassadors with relevant information and assets.
Partner Marketing
Together with our Sales team, Develop and manage our partner marketing, Partners (consulting and Tech) program to promote our expertise through strategic partnerships in key international markets (France & beyond).
Collaborate with partners to co-create high-quality, engaging content, including case studies, joint webinars, and thought leadership materials.
Monitor and analyze partner campaign results to optimize performance and maximize impact.
Influencer Marketing
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key B2B influencers across various HRTech communities, ensuring alignment with our brand values and messaging.
Design and execute impactful influencer campaigns that enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive lead generation.
Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, measuring ROI and optimizing strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications
A strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
5+ years of experience in marketing within the HRIS sector across North America, EMEA and France.
7+ years of experience in the Enterprise SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing.
Ability to quickly grasp technical (AI) and business (HR/Talent/Skills) concepts.
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking and optimizing marketing performance (ROI-driven approach).
Based in Paris, France.
