Main missions:
- Manage the operation of the analytical laboratory, respect the QCDP of analysis based on the requirement demand.
- To define the Analytical Laboratory Process in term of equipment protocols, testing protocols and quantification protocols
- To define the Analytical Laboratory Process in term of data management and lab information management routine
- To define and deploy KPI to check the efficiency of the analytical lab
- To contribute to the Incoming Inspection in term of quantification protocols and laboratory set up support (selection of equipment, training of operators)
- To contribute to the Industrialization, Production, and Innovation Process in term of provision of analytical equipment and analytical testing protocol development
- To establish external laboratory support and lead external laboratory studies.
- To lead novel equipment studies with suppliers
- To identify CAPEX, OPEX and lab personnel needs to guarantee a timely delivery of the testing report with a good level of maturity
- To contribute to the hiring process of additional subcontractor or ACC employees to complete the laboratory team
- To manage the team according to HR compliance (e.g. F2F)
- To manage maintenance and calibration compliant to quality rules
Knowledge / Know how:
- Expert analytical skills (scientific background)
- Expert on common battery materials and components
- Advanced management skills (incl. laboratory organisation)
- Expert for analytical protocols and analytical equipment
- Basic knowledge for Quality Control Procedures
Experience:
8 - 10 years
Qualifications:
PhD or Master, Chemistry or Material Science
