Building and evaluating scenarios for ACC’s global industrial footprint incl.
Potential new industrial projects as well as framing the allocation and changeovers of products and process innovation to the plants.
Providing guidance and support to senior executives in the decision-making process.
Coordinating execution of decisions both internal and external.

Rôle transversal :

- Development of a methodical and consistent industrialization roadmap for cell and module production.
- Representative of department’s interest in cross-functional projects.
- Conduct benchmark analysis related to industrialization aspects and derive suggestions to decision makers.

External relations :

Relations extérieures Shareholders, Customers, Government / Officials Representatives, 3rd party Consultancies, Suppliers.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES, OBJECTIFS ET INDICATEURS ASSOCIES

• Support in the development and evolvement of an industrialization strategy which contributes to the overall business objectives considering key success factors such as regulatory compliance, incentive policies, market and technology trends.
• Drive site selection / expansion studies for existing and potential new sites.
• Develop scenarios to match volumes with existing and potential production capacity comparing cost, timeline and feasibility.
• Evaluation of changeover cost (CAPEX & OPEX) incl. OEE & Scrap losses + launch time + capacity evaluation.
• Develop and update standard tools to determine launch / ramp-up / changeover scenarios.
• Leading cross functional working groups
• Represent the industrialization perspective in initiatives such as disruptive production technology development projects and match the innovation timeline with customer projects to fade-in new process technologies.
