Function Title : Customer Project Intern
Department : S&D / Customer Projects
Context :
The Customer Project team is responsible for managing the execution of large automotive battery cells and modules projects (several be revenue) in all its components for large automotive OEMs. In particular, the Traceability Governance Program is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory and customer requirements concerning the traceability of its products throughout their lifecycle.

Overall job definition :
As a trainee, you will report to the Tracability Program Manager. You will have the opportunity to work on various subjects relating to project management, internal product traceability, supplier traceability, and product lifecycle traceability.
The main aim of this internship is to support the launch of a project to develop an internal appacation solution for the business. Inis solution Will enable data on specitic modules or components to be consulted via a mobile interface

Main Missions, Objectives ans KPIs related :

  • Gather requirements from future users
  • Write functional specifications
  • Work with in-house developers on technical specifications
    Support development prioritization as representative of the expression of need.
  • At secondary level, other tasks related to the ACC Traceability program (planning, reporting, risk management, etc.)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCES REQUISES

Knowledge / Know how :
A methodical detailed approach to work.
Ability to gather and understand the needs of a diverse panel of users.
Ability to synthetize andrepresent the needs.
Adaptability skills; to be able to respond to change in priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft software as well as the ability to learn how to use project management tools.
To be an effective team-player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives.
Experience (domain, number of years): Internship M1 in Project Management or Digital Development.
Qualifications (diptomas,...) : Bachelor degree / BAC+3
Apprenticeship with the goal to prepare a master's degree (Engineering or Business School)
