As a member of the Revenue team, you will report to Basile - Head of CRM.
Your mission is to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Go To Market, Data, and Customer Success teams, with a particular focus on Marketing, to identify their needs and implement solutions within our CRM (HubSpot).
Creating, customizing, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, email campaigns, and CRM automation processes.
Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives in the CRM (Email, Forms, Landing pages, Nurturing Campaigns, etc.) and regularly providing recommendations for improvement.
Managing the CRM system HubSpot, including data entry, data quality, and user access.
Integrating the CRM with other tools (Zapier, Lemlist, Insycle, Dedupely, Mailreach, Slack, Miro, Notion, Asana, etc.) and third-party systems.
Staying informed about HubSpot CRM features, updates, and industry best practices.
Desired Profile ⭐️
3 years of solid experience in CRM management (HubSpot) and marketing automation (workflows, segmentation, A/B Testing, reporting, and automation).
An entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset, are proactive, and work autonomously.
You are detail-oriented and are attracted to processes and structures with a well-defined playbook.
You can work with tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
Desired Skills ⚡️
Proficiency in campaign management and automation processes, as well as a CRM tool like HubSpot, Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
Optimization of CRM configuration and data management - Data Quality.
Complex lead assignment and notification system management.
