As an FP&A Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, reporting directly to Erwan Barret, Lead of Financial Planning & Analysis.
At Agicap, the FP&A team focuses on four main missions :
- Developing the business plan in collaboration with business teams and top management.
- Running models to quantify the impact and risks of initiatives and trends.
- Preparing internal reports for management to track and adjust performance.
- Managing multiple communication channels, both internal and external (investors, banks, auditors, etc.).
Ensure the quality of our processes and KPIs: You will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly reporting files within the acquisition scope.
Be a business partner to the acquisition teams: You will manage FP&A relations with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. This includes participating in and leading quarterly presentations, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses to support new initiatives.
Contribute to financial forecasts for the acquisition scope: You will be in charge of creating and refining the acquisition equation in collaboration with stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure the business plan’s accuracy and operational relevance.
A BAC+5 degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent) with a major in finance.
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate finance department, FP&A team, or in consulting (Finance/TS/IB, etc.).
Strong skills in financial analysis and accounting.
Fluency in English.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
A “doer” and “problem-solving” mindset: analysis, optimization, and monitoring come naturally to you.
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with a business intelligence tool is a strong plus.
