Marketing at Agicap is a key growth driver in the French market.

In collaboration with the local sales team, as well as the global marketing and Studio/Design teams, you will be directly attached to the French marketing team.

Led by Jean-luc and Benoit, it’s a small team that offers plenty of room for experimentation, dynamism, and autonomy within an impact-driven ecosystem.

Your main objective will be to help the local marketing team to develop and execute Coms & PR campaign linked to the launch of a strategic study for the company (release of a study about cash flow needs and practices of mid-market companies in Europe and the US) and to a major communication campaign during year-end.


The Job 🎯 :

  • Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns, including media outreach, press releases

  • Create and curate content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X).

  • Participate in the creation of innovative prospecting campaigns linked to major events (webinars, trade shows, Agicap events).

  • Create engaging content: articles, white papers, newsletters, and sales enablement materials.


    A Typical Day 👀 :

  • Social Media Management: Plan impactful posts related to upcoming content and events, ensuring they align with brand standards.

  • PR support : select notable statistics, trends, or industry insights published by Agicap; contact French journalists, bloggers and business analysts and follow-up with them

  • Event Support: Promote events, provide logistics support onsite, brief the team on objectives before and after the event.

Profil recherché

  • You are a student in a business school, Coms or PR school

  • You are fluent in French and comfortable with both written and spoken English.

  • You are familiar with social media platforms and content creation

  • You are a team player with a strong desire to learn and share your knowledge.

  • You are impact-driven, constantly learning, and able to manage projects.

  • You are enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive.

  • You are eager to contribute to the growth of a forward-looking company.

  • Ideally, you have an interest in finance.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Phone interview with Anaïs, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  • 1st Round with Lisa, Global Head of Field Marketing.

  • Preparation and submission of a case study for complete immersion in the role.

  • 2nd Round presentation of the case study with Jean-Luc Detzel, Senior Field Marketing Manager and Benoit de Angelis, Strategic Content Manager.
