What we can offer as a Bilingual Social Media Intern - 6 months internship 🎯

This role involves managing Agorapulse’s presence on both global and French social media accounts, contributing to the content creation in both French and English.

Agorapulse’s social accounts and profiles that you will help manage: 

  • Agorapulse France: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Agorapulse global: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, and YouTube, and Pinterest.

 

Your responsibilities

Content creation & planning: 

  • Support the Social Media Manager in planning and creating weekly content in English and French for the global and French social media accounts. This includes educational posts inspired by Agorapulse’s blog posts and e-books, Agorapulse’s product updates, and trending topics and recommendations within the social media industry.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams (in English) to produce visuals and short-form vertical videos for social media campaigns in both French and English.
  • Help plan and execute organic social campaigns to promote Agorapulse’s events (e.g., webinars, expos) and resources (e.g., e-books, blog articles) in French and English.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in the development of the thought leadership pillar. This will involve assisting and guiding Agorapulse’s team members in creating content for their personal LinkedIn profiles, and ultimately, building their LinkedIn presence.

    Reporting

    • Assist the Social Media Manager in developing monthly social media reports to provide actionable recommendations to improve the publishing and content calendar for the following month. This task involves interpreting data from Agorapulse and summarizing them into brief and comprehensive insights for the wider PMM and Product team to consult.

      Industry insights and trend analysis

      • Monitor and share the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes on a weekly basis to keep the team informed.
      • Track competitors' social media activity to stay informed about their messaging and positioning on social media and identify opportunities to keep Agorapulse ahead in the industry.

          Community management

          • Engage with and interact with the community across various platforms, fostering meaningful connections. This task includes “reactive” community management tasks, such as responding to comments and incoming messages on Agorapulse’s social media platforms, providing valuable information to the users about the product, and answering to Google reviews.

              Product improvement

              • As a daily user of Agorapulse, identify and report any issues or bugs, contributing to product enhancements.

                 

                🔍 About you

                • You’re in the final year of your Master’s degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing.
                • You have previous experience in social media management, such as an internship during your Bachelor’s degree or successfully managing a social media account.
                • You have excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English (C1 level).
                • You’re a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for social media trends.
                • Naturally curious, you love exploring how digital platforms work and finding ways to optimize them.
                • You’re proficient in editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
                • Highly organized, you can adapt to last-minute changes that are common in the fast-paced world of social media.
                • You’re able to analyze social media trends and data, distilling key insights into actionable takeaways.
                • You are able to come 3 times per week to the office (home office on Mondays and Fridays)
