Job Description:

You will join new department Earth Observation Global Customer Service, and be integrated in Reactive Services team.
The team is in charge of several major imagery customers and contracts with high service level agreements. Team members are directly in relation with customers and represent Airbus DS.
As every team member, you will be in charge of:
1. Manage customer requests for optical and radar sensors: you must have good knowledge in imagery, products, commercial offers, customers’ specificities, and a set of tools in order to answer customer requests, taking into account high service level agreement defined by contracts.
2. Participate to on-call duty rotations during nights and weekends in order to ensure image tasking and delivery for emergency and short notice requests
3. You can be point of contact for some customers and participate with project and sales managers to several discussions about way of working, processes, offers, problem solving.
In addition, you will be responsible of:

International Charter project: you will be dedicated point of contact for customer and you will handle project manager activities: administrative management, invoicing, reporting, risks assessment, accountable for production chain Charte specificities, processes updates, Pléiades Néo implementation, export control management.
5. Processes harmonization:
when a new contract is signed and allocated to the team, you will be accountable for processes creation
you will ensure harmonization of existing and new processes
you will have to work with several teams in order to harmonize ordering and delivery processes, keeping in mind continuous improvement to facilitate daily activities.
All activities require high autonomy and very good communication skills.
Candidate will have to understand and be at ease in a complex ecosystem.
The profile we are looking for:
The candidate needs to possess the French nationality conforming to IGI 1300 dating 30/11/2011 (article 65)
5+years professional experience required including at least a first experience in commercial Earth Observation business, on positions such as customer service, sales, program roles with customer exposure, etc.
A first experience in project management

English C1 level required both in writing and speaking
