An offer offer entitled " H225 Project Core Manager (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Helicopterson its Marignane site

You will join the department in charge of managing all engineering activities for the H225 plateform.

This offer will consist of:Within Super Puma platform MAS and under direct responsibility of the Super Puma Core MASLeader, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of new developments of systemand / Or coordination of serial modification.H225 platform is facing main challenges and you will be part of it by preparing the future.In a dynamic environment, you will interface with H225 main stakeholders within Design Office suchas Squad leaders, other MAS members, PMO, Flight tests, bench tests... and in addition with H225Plateau members from other disciplines: program, production, support, procurement.Tasks and responsibilities:You will contribute to the following main activities:Lead engineering activities on a core project.Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) for customer satisfaction in compliance withinternal and external rules and regulations

More in details:

● Be the engineering focal point and leader for customer, program, industry, S&S and the wholeengineering community for a given project on a system development.● Put in place the appropriate project structure to support development activities.● Lead all engineering activities, and ensure customer needs and requirements are met.● Ensure effective management of suppliers. Participate to reviews with key suppliers and internalcustomer, as main engineering focal point for the system development.● Build and follow-up development schedule, with a clear ambition to deliver our commitments asplanned to our customers,● Manage workload and expenses to ensure development is done within budget allocated byprogram.● Ensure dependencies from H225 contracts or others H225 Core activities● Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.● Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.

Prérequis

 Experience in project management from 1 to 3 years Engineer diplome

Skills & Prerequisites:● General knowledge of helicopter and main sub-systems● Project management and organization skills. General Design Office knowledge: understandingand architecture of drawings, design rules, stress analysis● General knowledge of airworthiness: certification, continuous airworthiness● General knowledge of configuration management, non-conformity management● Possibly experience concerning mission systems and performances, or operational use ofhelicopters.● High sense of autonomy, initiative and team spirit Strong analysis and synthesis skills, withability to process lots of complex information in a limited time● Argumentation & negotiations capacities● Positive attitude, welcome problem attitude● Stress management● Be a flexible team player and comply with company values and behaviours- Language skills:English: negociationFrench: fluent
