Working closely with the Academic Director, your product-oriented missions include:
Product ops - RUN
Guarantee students with the most amazing academic experience: processes smoothness, close interactions, relevant courses with relevant teachers, …
Coordination of teachers:
Implementation and monitoring of KPIs on the LMS (Learning Management System)
Management of schedules and teacher evaluation processes
Recruitment of teachers in a context of growth for Y+1
Managing relations with partner companies, especially :
Designing business deep dives, including with ComEx-level interlocutors
‘Closing the loop’ and making evolve Albert School syllabi with industry needs
Coordinate with the academic officers in charge of the execution on other Albert School campuses to ensure a consistent experience campus-wide.
Coordinate when necessary with Mines Paris coordination team
Product ops – BUILD
Leverage tech for process automation (schedules, teacher pay, etc.)
Rationalization, standardization, and optimization of the “Albert School product” to make it scalable and replicable on other campuses
Contribution to the opening of a new Albert School campus
Contribution to regulation-related topics to ensure Albert School degrees gets the highest levels of acknowledgment.
Involvement in local campus growth and life
Taking part in recruitment events for new Master’s and Bachelor’s students: open days, student fairs, events, mainly in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and in France (sometimes happening on evenings and weekends)
Help providing the best possible experience for students and teachers on the Lyon campus
[QUALIFICATIONS]
Fluent in French and English
Master’s degree
Proficient in traditional office tools and No Code
Familiarity with data issues and python skills
Experience in the Education sector is considered as a plus
