About the job

The job's purpose is to optimize our Marketing & Growth systems and processes, ensuring seamless CRM integration, efficient operations, and alignment to support business growth alongside the RevOps team.

🎯 Main missions

We are looking for a Revenue Systems Ops to join the Revenue Operations team. You will play a critical role in helping Alma accelerate growth by building data-driven solutions, optimizing the customer lifecycle, and driving operational efficiencies. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and P&E teams to ensure strategic alignment and scalability across the organization. Additionally, you will serve as the co-administrator for key tools, including HubSpot for marketing automation and Segment for website tracking.

🔑 Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Top-of-funnel Tech Stack Management

    Oversee and enhance tools used by revenue teams such as HubSpot (marketing automation), Segment (website tracking), and Cargo, ****ensuring seamless integrations and data flows, reliability, and scalability. Identify new tools or improvements to boost efficiency.

  • Revenue Process Optimization & Growth Automation

    Analyze and improve existing revenue processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance customer journey efficiency.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems for initiatives such as lead generation, scoring, nurturing, and customer engagement.

  • Other topics to deep-dive

    Lead A/B testing on our forms and other website components, advanced lead scoring to boost sales productivity through better lead qualification. Being the main point of entry of Alma's engineering and product teams for the Revenue team ensuring good integration of new product features & impact on our revenue team.

About you

💡 Skills & knowledge

We are looking for a developer who wants to work outside of a technical/product team and who wants to work on more business-related topics.

We want you to know how to code, but more than that, we expect you to be really rigorous in applying coding best practices (testing, maintenance, legacy code management, etc.

You are the owner of your subjects, you put your ideas into practice and you make sure that what is delivered is in line with business expectations.

Hard skills – theoretical knowledge

  • 3+ years experience as a sales/marketing/growth ops, growth eng. or other technical job
  • Systems with (i) CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) & HubSpot (marketing automation) or Website tracking tool either Segment or RudderStack ****
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages to perform analytics & modelling
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
