Part of the Risk Project team, you’ll be the first point of contact for risk topics regarding projects you’ll have to lead in order to help Alma grow safely.
As Risk Projects Analyst you will always work in project mode, most of the time involving several teams, with 2 types of missions:
General rule of thumb: In addition to its core missions quoted above, when a new thing comes up and if everyone thinks it’s a good idea but there is no natural owner among the Risk team, Risk Projects should take the lead. Finding the best way to tackle the issue.
You will typically run 2 to 3 projects in parallel at any point in time and therefore get to work with everyone at Alma and understand every part of the company. Hint: that will open a lot of opportunities of evolution within the company!
We first and foremost measure our success by the impact of the projects we lead.
We are also very careful about the number of projects we run in parallel and the quality of our internal communication: we should never become a black box from which nothing comes out.
Leading Risk projects requires a wide skillset :
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in a start-up, scale-up, consulting firm or transversal role in a medium or large organization.
